One of the first bars I would recommend in Dublin to go to would be the ICE bar in the Four Seasons of Dublin. This is one of the most contemporary and innovative bars in all of Dublin with an extensive list of cocktails as well as a sushi bar from 5:30 until 10:00.
This bar is open Tuesday through Thursday from 5:00 until 11:30, and Friday through Saturday from 5:00 until 1:30. As well as being available for private events on Sunday and Monday.
Now for the most important part of the bar… the MOJITO.. ICE has been one of the first bars in Dublin to master and introduce the cuban drink. On the entire drink menu there are eight kinds of mojitos including a champagne mojito, which puts a classy twist on a simple cocktail. For those of you who have never heard of a mojito… it is a rum based drink including dark and white rum with fresh muddled mint, limes, and brown sugar.
The staff of the ICE bar is very knowledgeable group of people in the art of the cocktail. All having experience for about 3 years working in the bar as well as a few new staff members who have worked for years in other bars. If you are looking for a fancy night or just a quiet drink with great people check out the ICE bar in the Four Seasons, but just remember to bring enough euros with you for the most inexpensive cocktail is 12.50 euro as well as the cheapest glass of wine is 10.50 euro.
The best night to go to ICE is on a Saturday around 9:00pm if you are just interested in cocktails. It tends to fill out with people at that time on a Saturday, whereas a Friday is very quiet. ICE is also known for its other signature drink the Rasmopolitan, their own twist on a Cosmopolitan. Instead of a lemon or orange flavored vodka, ICE uses their own Raspberry infused vodka as a base. During your travels in Dublin, ICE is a good place to go if you want to see the more upscale aspects of life there!
CHECK IT OUT!

The Ice Bar looks amazing!! It looks and sounds like so much fun, especially because it’s such a different atmosphere than Fredonia.
I love mojito’s, the champagne mojitio sounds soo.. good. Yea, it’s expensive, but the experience seems worth.
Is this where you worked while you were in Dublin?
When can I buy my plane ticket…that Rasmopolitan sounds delish!
This was where I worked in Dublin! I loved it there and yes the rasmopolitan was my favorite cocktail and I also pushed for those. And the mojitos are heavenly!
Not only do the drinks sound fantastic… the bar just looks really cool! I have always wanted to travel to Ireland! From pictures I have seen and movies I’ve watched, the entire country just sounds so interesting and beautiful!
If I ever do get the chance to travel there I will be sure to stop into ICE!!!
